Toomey Roman Collarettes with 3/4" opening (shown left) are designed to be worn with neckand shirts. -Available in double sizes from 14-14-1/2 to 22-22-1/2. -Velcro closure available in Comfort Height #2 (1-1/4") or Comfort Height #3 (1-1/2").
